Your assignment will be to create a webpage in the “Hall of Fame” on a person who has made significant contributions in the field of environmental issues. Gather the following information about your environmentalist and then organize it in a clear and creative manner on your webpage:

Photo(s) of the person.

Date of birth (& death).

Where was (is) s/he from?

What is their background? (include childhood, education, careers)

Read something written by your adopted environmentalist. Choose a quote that helps explain his/her philosophy about the environment.

What key environmental issues concern him/her.

What accomplishments did he or she make to help the environment (writings, actions, laws, etc…)

Explain how you would apply this environmentalist’s philosophy to an issue that faces society today.

All sources must be cited on your webpage (including photos).

Your webpage should be well organized and creatively interesting.
