Leopold is credited as "The Father of Wildlife Ecology." In 1933, Leopold published the book Game Management which outlined the basic skills and techniques for controlling and restoring wildlife populations. This book, arguably his most famous publication, discussed almost all aspects of wildlife, including biology, ecology, zoology, and forestry.
