Early Life of Al Gore
Al Gore was born on March 31, 1948 in Washington D.C.
He went to school at Washington D.C at St. Albans school, and he spent his summers in Carthage Tennesee where he worked on the Gore family farm.
Al Gore went to Harvard college and majored in government.
He participated in the Veitnam war effort as a participant in the army.
He attended Vanerbilt Divinity school and Law school, but he did not complete a degree.
After he quit law school he ran for the U.S house of representatives, then he took a seat in the senate as a representative from Tenesee.
Al Gore ran for President in 1988, but did not obtain the Democratic nomination.
In 1992, he was then elected Vice President.
Enviromental Achievements and Concerns

I am going to come up with a solution that respects the environment and does not cause an upheaval in the economy."
Al Gore insists that global warming constitutes a "planetary emergency" requiring an aggressive federal response.
Al Gore was the recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize.
He is currently the founder and chair of Alliance for Climate Protection.
Al Gore provided enviromental concern by being the spokesperson for the documentary called "An Inconvienent Truth".
Al Gore is an advocate for Global Warming, and wants to make the world aware of the need for change in our economic dependency.
Ways Our Society Can Change The Enviroment
To follow Al Gore's philosophy and advice we would adjust our daily lives to try and prevent some of these issues and concerns.
Some examples could be using energy saving light bulbs in our homes, use more gas efficient cars, use alternative energy
to heat our home such as wind power and solar energy, you can also try carpooling to cut back on the amount of oil
used to fuel our cars.
